Chinese, double chain fusee, crown verge table clock with stand, a round porcelain dial on a tooled brass mask with oriental designs, and with center seconds hand, 8-day, C.1995 [modern]
CONDITION:
this is a nice example of the reproduction clocks the Chinese made when they ran out of antique fusee bracket clocks in the mid 1980s. A prominent southern Ohio dealer imported thousands of these at the time, but they are no longer being produced.
